In March 2011 I visited the Sugar Moon Maple Syrup Farm in Earltown, Nova Scotia and made this video to show the world why Maple Syrup is so awesome and a little bit about how it is made. I hope you enjoy!
Stay tuned for more new videos coming soon on Travel Yourself like a Newfoundland Language Lesson and my trip to Iceland!

Mmmmmm…maple syrup! I’m going to start hating you soon if you keep showing things like this & poutine (which I can’t get in Asia now
)
Canadian maple syrup is the best! I totally get why it is something to be proud of. My pancakes will never taste as good without maple syrup! Thank for you posting a fun and informative video!
I love maple syrup on french toast and pancakes! It is universally expensive stuff though!
I’m hungry for some pancakes now… with the maple syrup running into my bacon.
Cailin, this video is so good. Great work, I loved it! It reminded me of Epic Mealtime though
Great video! I love the editing and that girl behind you made me laugh too!
Thanks for all the comments everyone! That girl is definitely giving me the death stare, maybe I should try to track her down and do a follow up interview and ask her what she was feeling at that exact moment? Or maybe she will discover the video on YouTube and email me begging her forgiveness? hmmmm haha
It was so delicious and I am glad I inspired many of you to love Maple Syrup too!
@Yvonne make sure you check out my other videos!

Haha. Candice is right.
Oh, Cailin, you’re so cute! And you look so cold. I’ll never forget packing my suitcase with maple syrup when I was visiting a Canadian friend who’d been living in Borneo… Great video!
How very Canadian of you!
great vid Cailin! really looking forward to the next ones… (and I want some maple syrup right now!!)
yay Canada! haha great video. also I’m very excited to see your Iceland video!
Excellent video! Seriously, I had no idea how awful Mrs. Butterworth syrup was until I tasted some real maple syrup from Massachusetts recently. Your video has inspired me, I think this evening will be breakfast for dinner.
All that maple syrup looks delicious. I’ve actually never had maple syrup on snow before, and it looks delicious. But I think I can wait until next winter to try it.
that girl is totally giving you the stink-eye while you’re pouring your syrup.
Love the video! I LOVE maple syrup….maybe I’m meant to be Canadian!?!
Also, did you notice the lady behind you at 2.15 when you pouring your maple syrup onto your pancakes give you the evil eye!?!? She wanted your syrup methinks!!!

Awesome video! I love those little maple bottles you got!
