In June 2011 I visited New York city to see my Iceland travel video screened in the top 11 films at the Nomading Film Festival. I had a great time at the film festival, made some new friends and am now the first official ambassador (Noffbassador) for the film festival.
While there I also had some great food at a small restaurant in the west village called Joseph Leonard where I got to eat at the Chefs table! The food was sooo delicious! (just watch the video and try not to drool).
Following that I visited Coney Island, where I tried my hand at the World Famous hotdog eating contest at the famous hotdog place Nathan’s followed by a ride on the famous Wonder Wheel ferris wheel…. maybe that should of been before the hotdogs….
