Ok well maybe I didn’t visit all 17,000 islands…. But I did see at least five of them and what I did see was quite spectacular. At sunrise I climbed to the very top of the largest Buddhist Temple in the world, I ate some of the best lamb satay with the locals in Yogyakarta, I spent two days on a boat in the rivers of Borneo visiting wild Orangutans, I fearfully visited some Komodo Dragons in Komodo National Park, enjoyed some sun on one of the worlds only pink beaches, climbed to the edge of an active volcanoes crater, ate the most bananas of my life, fed wild monkeys in a sacred monkey forest and a whole lot more.
There will be several videos of my travels coming from this trip, however I thought I would first start with an overview of the whole experience to whet your appetite. I hope you enjoy, stay tuned for more.
Filmed with a Nikon D5100 using a 17-55mm lens.
