The Blue Train Cocktail

While riding on the Blue Train from Pretoria to Cape Town, South Africa – one of the most luxurious trains in the world – I couldn’t help myself but have the signature Blue Train Cocktail. A mix of Vodka, Triple Sec, Blue Curacao and Lemonade. It was a tad bit strong for the afternoon and left my tongue slightly blue but it was worth it. Also when do you ever get to drink a drink that is so blue?
