Raspberry Dark Chocolate Torte – Daily Food Photo

Adventure meets gastronomy at this amazing restaurant. It’s in Paris, it’s overseen by famous world-class chef Alain Ducasse, there’s a month-long reservations list and an enforced dress code (sports coats for the dudes, and no jeans at dinner, monsieur). And get this — it’s in the Eiffel Tower!  Le Jules Verne is one of the most amazing restaurants in Paris, with entrees and small plates that are perfectly suited to its location and view. If you’re planning to have one big blow-out expensive meal while in the City of Lights, plan ahead and make it Le Jules Verne. From appetizer to dessert (pictured: raspberry dark chocolate torte with real gold leaf), it will be a meal to remember.

I’ve only been to Paris once, and whilst I didn’t dislike it at all, it didn’t “Wow” me the way I expected it to (could be I was in the wrong company at the time!). This really makes me want to give it another try!

BTW I shared this on FB and a couple of friends are drooling over the picture! Can you tell us what’s under the raspberries and within the chocolate???
