Recently while on a mini staycation in my own city I dined at the Harbour City Bar & Grill and was blown away by my meal, including this delicious creamy appetizer. The mix of ruhbarb and goat cheese together in one bite had my taste buds going crazy between the acidy tart taste and basey goat cheese taste that left me wanting more. I can’t believe this restaurant has been around for almost a year and that was the first I knew of it. I will definitely be going back there again and again.
