The Full Irish Breakfast – While the plate may vary between hosts, the Irish Breakfast usually includes eggs, black pudding (blood sausage), white pudding, bacon rashers, beans and a tomato.  This plate, served at The Old Bank B&B in Bruff, County Limerick, was filling enough for a day of hill walking, donkey sanctuary visiting and castle exploring.
