The Chocolate Oyster from the five diamond rated Queen Victoria Room at Victoria & Albert’s. At first it might appear to be a blob of goo, but when gulped like an actual oyster the shell dissolves to reveal a liquid chocolate and cognac filling. After ten incredible courses, the best was most definitely saved for last.
