Icelandic Horse – Daily Food Photo

Description:  During my recent visit to Reykjavik, I had the chance to try Icelandic horse at Uno, an Italian restaurant in the city center.
Genetically, Iceland’s horses have remained unchanged for the last thousand years, which makes them especially unique (and delicious). Their meat is very lean, with little fat.
