Day 6 of our Cross Canada Adventure started with Candice and I taking the train from Ottawa, Ontario to Kingston Ontario where we pick up a car from HitTheRoad.ca to drive the rest of the way to Vancouver. Once in the car be drove 3 hours directly to Toronto where we stayed at the awesome Delta Chelsea hotel before going out for the night to celebrate my 27th birthday. A few snipets of our day can be found below in our Day 6 video postcard from the road.
Day 7 saw us visiting the CN Tower (even though Candice is apparently afraid of heights, silly newfie!) and then we made the 8+ hour drive to Sault Ste Marie to stay at the Delta Sault Ste Marie Hotel and Conference Centre located directly on the Ste Marie River. I could see Michigan from my room! Very cool ~ watch the video below.
