Baraka (Gurruchaga 1450, Palermo Soho) was the first place we ate in Buenos Aires, and it was a perfect taste of what was to come from the city’s awesome vegetarian dining. This pumpkin gnocchi with mushrooms was a dish we went back for twice. It was melt-in-the-mouth delicious.
