Bugs, beetles and jerky snake in Siem Reap, Cambodia. While I wouldn’t recommend the snake (a bit tough for my liking), the crickets weren’t bad at all. A protein-filled snack that the locals pop like peanuts, a whole bag costs less than $.50 USD
